Frostline’s Warranty Overview
1- Year Coverage – Parts & Labor
Every Frostline unit is protected for one year from the purchase date against any manufacturing or material faults in the cabinet or internal parts.
This warranty includes service labor for approved repairs or part replacements when used in standard commercial environments.
3-Year Compressor Part Only
The refrigeration system’s sealed compressor is covered for three years from the purchase date.
An optional extended coverage is available—bringing protection up to five years for an added cost.
If a compressor fails after two years, replacement costs will be partially covered based on how much useful life remains.
Warranty Eligibility & Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
You must receive a Service Authorization (SA) number before any warranty repair begins.
The product must be registered with Frostline's warranty system — unregistered units are not eligible for coverage.
Weekly cleaning of the condenser coil is required — neglecting this will void all warranty claims.
Equipment must be installed by a licensed commercial refrigeration technician.
Warranty applies strictly to commercial environments — residential use is not supported.
Limitations & Exclusions
Frostline’s warranty does not apply to the following:
Routine maintenance items that wear over time, such as door gaskets, lighting, or glass.
